About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join the team at our All About Eve store - Sunshine Plaza, in a parental leave replacement role. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations and performance of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This is a full-time parental leave replacement position based at our store in Sunshine Plaza.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of store associates

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store profitability

• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our customers

• Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising

• Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and implement process improvements

• Cultivate a positive and engaged store culture that aligns with the company's values

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion industry

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

• Demonstrated experience in driving sales and profitability, with a data-driven and analytical mindset

• Proficient in inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling

• Passion for the retail industry and a deep understanding of current market trends and customer preferences

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business
