About the role
We are seeking a Full Time Administration Data Entry Clerk to provide administration support to the Harvey Norman Commercial Warana, Sunshine Coast, Qld team.
Note: This role is located at the Harvey Norman Commercial Sunshine Coast office at Warana.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Invoicing a high volume of customer Purchase orders
• Reception duties
• Communicate with staff members from the buying and warehouse teams
• Support sales staff
• Follow company policy and procedures
The successful applicant will possess:
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills
• Superb organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks
• Thorough attention to detail
• Good people skills
• Punctuality and work commitment
