We are seeking an SAP HXM Functional Consultant to join our team. The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra. 

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong experience in SAP HXM and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with one or more SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central.
• Strong SAP consulting and client-facing experience.
• Experience across SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Security clearance NV1 security clearance is required for this role.
