We are looking for graduates who want to accelerate their career in Procurement & Supply Chain Consulting. This opportunity is designed specifically for recent Australian university graduates based in Melbourne who are ready to launch their careers.

Based in our Australian headquarters, Melbourne, Proxima, part of the global consulting firm Bain & Company, is an established management consulting firm specialising in Procurement & Supply Chain. With more than 25 years of delivery experience globally, we help leading organisations solve complex business challenges by reducing spend, increasing cost savings, and optimising procurement strategy.

From day one, we'll invest in your development through hands-on training, mentoring, and real client exposure. You'll accelerate your consulting career by building core skills in procurement, stakeholder management, problem-solving, data analysis, and professional consulting delivery.

Your Experience

• Recent Australian university graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree)

• No prior corporate work experience required

• Strong interest in procurement, supply chain, consulting, or business transformation

• Strong analytical capability, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Eager to learn, develop quickly, and take ownership of your career

• Willingness to work with clients and travel domestically and internationally when required
