Site Administrator

Join our client an ASX leading Australian gold company as an experienced Site Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and logistical support, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the mine site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate site rosters, travel and accommodation arrangements for employees, and contractors

• Process site mobilisation, access requests, inductions and training requirements through INX

• Maintain personnel records, travel manifests and workforce compliance documentation

• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders and receipting in Pronto

• Collate and process contractor timesheets

• General administrative activities, while supporting both operational and corporate teams to maintain safe and productive mining operations.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Site Administrator in a mining environment

• Demonstrated Pronto experience, particularly for purchase orders (POs) and receipting

• Strong INX experience, including InFlight, InTuition and LMS

• Previous exposure to rostering and accommodation allocation

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment 

• Ability to work effectively with site-based operational and corporate teams

• ‘C’ class manual driver’s licence

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
