Our brands are designed to encourage expression and can be found in-store and online across Australia and New Zealand and internationally.

Located at our head office in Abbotsford, we are seeking a full time Accountant who will play a pivotal role in our financial operations.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation and advanced data analysis capabilities. You will work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts, manage month-end and year-end processes, ensure statutory compliance, and support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and balance sheet accounts.

• Prepare and post journals, accruals, and adjustments.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

• Prepare BAS, GST, FBT, and other statutory compliance requirements.

• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor cash management.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to management.

• Assist with external and internal audits by preparing supporting documentation.

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.

• Assist with ERP/accounting system maintenance and process improvements.

• Support ad hoc financial projects and business initiatives.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with company policies and deadlines.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least one year post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, or audit

• Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, financial analysis, scenario forecasting

• Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex data sets and derive insights

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Excellent English language skills are required
