Membership Consultant

As a Membership Consultant, you'll be the face of our Marrickville club. You'll drive membership sales & build strong relationships with new and existing members.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new membership sales and manage every step of the sales process

• Help with daily operations and support the Assistant Club Manager and Assistant Club Manager

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting member relationships

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Promote the club locally and engage with the community

• Social media content creation

• Help foster a fun, welcoming environment where staff and members love to be

• Proven sales and customer service experience (fitness industry experience a bonus, but not essential)

• A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a strong desire to hit targets

• Excellent communication and people skills

• A passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed

• Willingness to grow with the business and contribute ideas and energy

Desired Qualifications/Certifications

• Cert III or IV in Fitness (not essential)

• First Aid & CPR (must be obtained before commencing employment)

• Police Check and Working with Children Check (must be obtained before commencing employment)

• Full-Time Position: 38 hours/week

• Hours: 11am - 8pm (Monday - Thursday) & 8am - 2pm (Saturday). Friday & Sunday: Off.

• Must have availability to work Saturdays on a regular roster basis

• Must have valid rights to work in Australia with no restrictions on hours
