Join our teams at our two hatted restaurants Reine & La Rue and Florentino! We are always looking for experienced Food Runners, Section Waiters and Bartenders who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Located in the CBD and operating seven days a week, both venues offer a dynamic environment where attention to detail, teamwork and genuine hospitality are at the centre of every service. Our ideal candidate will have

• 2+ years experience in a similar role within premium venues

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

• Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge, with a desire to continue learning

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with guests

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high service standards

• A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)
