About Us

FireShield Services is an award-winning fire protection company servicing Tier 1 clients throughout Perth Metropolitan and Regional WA. Our clients include hotels, casinos, government departments, commercial buildings and residential developments.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team in Joondalup.

This role is best suited to someone who has previous administration experience within the fire protection industry. You will already understand the importance of compliance documentation, service reporting and certification requirements and be able to hit the ground running.

About the Role

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our operations team by managing documentation, compliance records and administrative processes across the business. You will work closely with service technicians, schedulers, managers and customers to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• At least 3 years previous administration experience within the fire protection industry (essential).

• A sound understanding of service reporting, compliance documentation and fire industry certification requirements.

• Experience working with fire service management software such as Uptick.

• A minimum of five years' administration experience.

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

• A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach.
