About your role

As the Corporate Services Workforce Officer, you'll provide dedicated workforce and recruitment support to senior managers across Bayside Health's Corporate Services portfolio. 

In this role you will:

• Coordinate recruitment and establishment activities across Corporate Services.
• Partner with managers, candidates and Metro South recruitment teams.
• Provide guidance on recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate commencement activities and mandatory training requirements.
• Monitor recruitment timeframes, vacancies and workforce compliance.
• Prepare monthly dashboards and KPI reports for senior managers.
• Maintain accurate workforce records, databases and reporting systems.
• Support timely processing of payroll and HR documentation.
• Provide data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in selection processes and provide scribing support.

About you

You're an organised, proactive and people-focused workforce professional who enjoys helping managers navigate HR processes and ensuring things run smoothly.

You'll bring:

• Knowledge and experience of recruitment processes and frameworks.
• Strong workforce or human resources administration experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence providing advice and support to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency using technology to produce reports and dashboards.
• Ability to analyse workforce data and identify improvements.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Strong integrity, professionalism and commitment to quality.
