Celebration Homes is a WA‑based homebuilder and part of the ABN Group, Australia’s leading construction, property and finance company. As a New Homes Consultant, you will be employed by ABN Group while working under the Celebration Homes brand.

Celebration Homes focuses on building large, affordable family homes for hardworking West Aussies. Over the past 20+ years, we’ve delivered more than 11,000 homes and become an award‑winning builder known for exceptional customer experience and genuine care for homeowners.

The Role

As a New Homes Consultant working under the Celebration Homes brand, you will represent both ABN Group and Celebration Homes by delivering exceptional results through the sale of our award‑winning house and land packages. You’ll do this with consistency, integrity, and reliability, while living our values: Leadership, Authentic, Relentless, Excellence, Passion and Fun.

You will be required to work at our beautiful display homes around Perth on Wednesday’s from 2pm-5pm, Saturday’s and Sunday’s 12pm-5pm.  

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and responding to bulk inquiries generated by our brand though various channels, including display office and online platforms
• Supporting and guiding clients through the sales process, providing valuable insights and expert advice
• Conducting engaging display home opens, showcasing our innovative designs, and helping clients envision their dream home
• Assisting clients from initial discussion to hand over

About You

We are seeking a talented and driven professional who is passionate about sales and possesses a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations. To be successful in this role, you will possess: 

• Demonstrated experience within a sales position, with a background in real estate, retail, customer service or a similar industry being advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to positive business outcomes.
• A customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. 
• Bring professionalism, passion, and an infectious enthusiasm to the role, creating a positive and memorable experience for our clients.
