About the Role
PMW Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team, supporting the GeoScience Project across the Central and Eastern Pilbara. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you'll lead a team of skilled field technicians, coordinating daily maintenance and repair activities on our fleet of civil and mining equipment.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will ensure maintenance schedules are met, ensure assets are optimised for performance and reliability, and all work is carried out safely and efficiently. You will also play a key role in communication between site operations and the Perth-based management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field service and maintenance operations on company assets

• Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs

• Mentor and support technicians, fostering a positive and safety-focused team culture

• Plan, schedule, and report on maintenance activities and asset performance

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet project and operational goals

• Champion safety, quality, and environmental standards in all site activities

Required Skills & Experience

• Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic (HD/LV background)

• Minimum 5 years' experience leading or supervising a field service team

• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction equipment and hydraulics

• Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor accreditation

• Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver results under pressure

• Proficient with MS Office, CRM, and OEM management systems

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A collaborative, proactive leader who leads from the front

Mobilisation Requirements

• Current Australian C Class Manual Driver's Licence

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening

• National Police Clearance (valid within 12 months or willing to obtain)

• Full Australian working rights
