About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality taxation and accounting services across a diverse portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses and high-net-worth clients.

Working closely with the Partners and Managers, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing tax returns and financial statements for individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts, and SMSFs
• Providing tax planning and consulting advice across income tax, FBT, CGT, and GST matters
• Preparing Business Activity Statements and Fringe Benefits Tax returns
• Ensuring accurate and timely taxation compliance and financial reporting
• Liaising professionally with clients and relevant external parties
• Maintaining strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of service
• Staying current with taxation, accounting, and broader industry developments

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor of Commerce or relevant tertiary qualification
• CA or CPA qualification, or currently working towards completion
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Australian public practice accounting
• Strong experience across individuals, trusts, companies, partnerships, and SMSFs
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence liaising with clients
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Xero, MYOB
