About the Role:

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Hawker Medical Centre. In this important front-line position, you will provide confidential administrative and reception support to the Medical Practitioner, clients, and visiting health professionals, contributing to the delivery of high-quality health services for the local community. You'll also liaise with the off-site pharmacy to coordinate timely medication supply and assist with financial processes, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and staff alike.

About You: 

• Experience providing clerical and administrative support, including records management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, data entry and other computer-based systems.
• Confident using office equipment and maintaining efficient administrative processes.
• Experience reconciling simple cash accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
