Whether it’s hitting the trails or exploring the city, you’ll help every customer step out with confidence.  As a Sales Assistant, you’ll: Deliver a memorable customer experience by understanding individual needs and recommending the right footwear and apparel Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and KPIs Assist with stock processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to Merrell’s high standards Bring energy, positivity, and a love for adventure to every shift   Skills and Experience We’re looking for someone who: Has previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential) Full availability from Mid-November 2026 to Mid-February 2027 – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.
