LAZY SU - COOK/CHEF (CASUAL)

Lazy Su is a modern asian eating house with a Korean, Japanese and Chinese inspired menu. We are seeking enthusiastic cooks or chefs to join our team on a casual basis.

Applicants should have previous experience in a busy kitchen environment and be able to work autonomously in their role.

In addition we are looking for applicant who demonstrate the following:

• High cooking standards with an attention to detail
• High level of interpersonal, communication and team work skills
• Good work ethic including the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to maintain service standards
• Good knife skills
• Good with quick, consistent prep
• Reliable and able to be flexible with a rotating roster

Lazy Su currently operates 7 days a week (Monday - Thursday dinner only, Friday-Sunday lunch and dinner). Applicants must have the right to work in Australia, and be available to work a flexible rotating roster.
