What’s the role?

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting RME’s Customers with high quality service and spare parts solutions. You will help Customers reduce operating costs and improve the safety and reliability of RME Mill Relining Systems, contributing directly to fast, reliable and safe relines.

As the successful candidate, you will work across Customer Service, Internal Sales and Service Coordination, taking ownership of a varied and important range of responsibilities, including:

• Responding promptly and professionally to requests for service and spare parts quotations.

• Preparing clear, accurate quotations and sales collateral, including Major Service scopes, Critical Spare Parts lists and Product quotations.

• Providing accurate and timely opportunity activity updates to support reporting and strong customer visibility.

• Coordinating service activities, including parts interpretation and delivery, to help ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Providing field technicians with the site and asset details they need for successful service visits.

• Managing bookings for RME’s suite of specialist hire tooling.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• At least 3 years’ aftersales support experience, preferably in a mining or export-related industry.

• Ability to seek out and develop new working relationships, and follow through confidently with proposals or quotes.

• Demonstrated desire to delight Customers, going above and beyond the call of duty.

• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills.

• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to work in a deadline driven environment.

• Well developed Microsoft Office and D365 skills.

LICENCES

• Possession of a current QLD ‘C’ Class Open Driver’s Licence.
