About the role
Dynamic Casual Role: Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in delivering high-quality administrative and clerical support within a designated clinical service area, helping ensure smooth and coordinated management of client information and service activity. You will assist in maintaining effective communication within the ward or unit, as well as with other departments, clinicians, and services across the organisation.
In this customer-focused role, you’ll support staff, medical practitioners, clients, and their families by providing a welcoming, professional point of contact and ensuring timely, accurate administrative processes. As an integral part of the ward and service administration structure, you will also offer essential support to senior nursing staff, contributing to efficient operations and positive care experiences.
As part of this position, you will be required to work across both Tumby Bay and Cummins hospitals as service needs arise.
