Casual Receptionist

Casual Showroom Receptionist wanted for large Toyota Dealership in Southport.
Minimum 15 hours per week.  Training provided.  Role available immediately.

An opportunity has become available for a Casual Receptionist for our New Car Showroom, with set working hours from 8am to 11am Monday to Friday, the occasional Saturday, and be able to cover leave for other staff when required during the week (holidays and sick leave). Flexibility is essential for this role.
 

Key duties of this position:

• Answering and directing phone calls - with a clear and friendly voice

• Delivering accurate messages

• Welcoming customers as they arrive to the dealership

• Offering and preparing refreshments for customers

• General administration and database responsibilities

Key requirements for this position:

• Previous experience working as a receptionist

• Friendly and courteous phone manner

• Excellent communication skills

• Exceptional customer service skills

• High standard of presentation

• Attention to detail in accurately recording data

• Must be available Monday to Friday (8am to 11am). Be flexible to work on a Saturday when needed and have flexibility for other days and times as required.

Training on our systems will be provided.  Role is available for an immediate start.
