Data Analyst - 12-Month Max Term

The Role:

An exciting opportunity is available for a 12-month Maximum Term, Full Time Data Analyst to join a collaborative team in our head office in Kewdale. Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, you will help deliver timely and accurate reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare recurring client reports and dashboards in line with contractual KPIs and reporting deadlines.
• Use Power BI, Power Query, and Excel to develop data visualisations and performance insights.
• Extract, cleanse, transform, and analyse data from operational, finance, and business systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality, consistency, and accurate reporting outcomes.
• Maintain reporting documentation, version control, and compliance with data governance and HSEQ standards.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1+ years proven experience in a similar role, as well as the following attributes:

• Experience in a reporting, administration, or data support role.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills, with knowledge of Power Query or similar tools.
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, timely reports.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage routine tasks, follow reporting procedures, and learn new systems quickly.
