The Junction is a vibrant hub of hospitality, entertainment, sport and social connection. Located on Anzac Highway, The Junction is part of the South Australian Jockey Club (SAJC) and offers a welcoming destination for members, locals and visitors seven days a week.

With a Bistro, Sports Bar, TAB, 40-machine gaming room and regular functions and events, The Junction is a fast-paced venue where every shift brings something different.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for passionate and reliable hospitality professionals to join our team in a range of Casual Food & Beverage and Gaming Attendant roles at The Junction.

• Food & Beverage Attendant - Bistro 

• Food & Beverage Attendant - Gaming 

We’re seeking people who enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment and genuinely care about delivering great customer service. Whether you’re an experienced hospitality professional looking for flexible work or someone looking to build your experience in a vibrant venue, we’d love to hear from you.

For our Gaming Attendant positions, a current Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) Certification is essential.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your role, you will:

• Deliver professional, friendly and high-quality customer service to members and guests

• Provide food and beverage service across the Bistro, Sports Bar, gaming room and functions

• Take orders, process payments and ensure service areas are maintained to a high standard

• Support gaming room operations and provide a welcoming experience for gaming patrons

• Maintain a clean, safe and presentable venue

• Follow responsible service, gaming, health and safety requirements

• Work closely with the wider team to deliver a seamless customer experience

• Assist with venue set-up, pack-down and general operational duties

• Contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere across The Junction

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service

• Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, gaming or customer service

• The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment

• A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A professional attitude and presentation

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate

• For Gaming Attendant roles: a current Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) Certification

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
