• Deliver exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction remains your top priority

• Welcome guests warmly, take food and beverage orders, and provide personalised recommendations

• Create memorable dining experiences through attentive and professional service

• Acknowledge IHG One Rewards members and returning guests to enhance their experience

• Prepare restaurant and service areas before, during, and after service periods

• Greet, seat, and assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner

• Serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel service and timing standards

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of restaurant, bar, service stations, and back-of-house areas

• Manage stock rotation, replenishment, and storage procedures in accordance with food safety standards

• Assist with stocktakes and inventory control of food, beverage, equipment, and linen

• Attend team briefings and training sessions and support colleagues as required

• Report hazards, incidents, maintenance issues, and equipment faults in accordance with WH&S requirements

• Promote a safe workplace by following food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures

• Complete ad-hoc duties to support the smooth operation of the hotel

• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Previous experience in a food and beverage, restaurant, bar, or hospitality role is highly regarded

• A warm, friendly, and professional communication style

• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments

• A good understanding of food and beverage service standards

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A good grasp of reading, writing, and basic maths

• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform physical duties when required

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification in Victoria

• Commitment to maintaining high grooming, hygiene, and presentation standards

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• You must meet the legal requirements to live and work in Australia
