Site Forman/Leading Hand/2nd and 3rd yr apps

Keen to work within a purpose built plumbing company — tight-knit, small enough that every person on the crew actually matters, and known for our culture and quality workmanship - easy going but enjoy the hussle. We work across apartments complexes and small commercial projects. We've got 12 months of work locked in — including a couple of seriously good-sized projects — and we need someone who can take the reins on one of them while the owner looks after the rest of the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Running the site — managing up to 5 plumbers and apprentices, keeping quality and safety front and centre

• Calling the shots on materials, sequencing and problem-solving in real time

• Coaching your crew — sharing knowledge, giving weekly feedback, building a team that wants to turn up

• Working hand-in-hand with the builder to hit milestones

• Getting hands-on when it counts — this isn't a desk job

What you bring:

• Certificate III in Plumbing & Services, White Card, 8+ years' experience

• Solid hydraulic knowledge and a good handle on labour and works planning

• Leadership people actually want to follow

• Good values, hard work ethic, and a positive attitude that lifts everyone around you

• Sharp communication and the ability to juggle competing priorities without losing your cool
