Cafe Attendant/Barista

• Prepare and serve high‑quality barista made coffee and a range of beverages
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to members, staff and visitors
• Assist with food service, basic food preparation and product display
• Operate the POS system and manage cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
• Maintain cafe cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
• Support events and functions at The Views when required
• Follow all food safety, workplace safety and LSV policies and procedures

About You
You will bring a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality. To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven barista experience and confidence making coffee independently
• Experience working in a café or food and beverage environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment without supervision
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and occasional event shifts
• A team‑focused, can‑do approach to your work
• A valid VIC Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one
