Carlile Swim is growing our Customer Care Team as we expand our national support for families across our swim schools.

We’re looking for friendly, confident communicators who genuinely enjoy helping people and creating great customer experiences.

Based primarily at our Cromer location, with opportunities to also work from Lane Cove West, you’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team helping families with bookings, lesson enquiries and general support throughout their swimming journey.

The Opportunity:

As a Customer Care Team Member, you’ll be one of the friendly voices behind Carlile Swim, supporting families across our national network by phone and email.

You’ll listen, problem solve, provide clear information and help make things easy for our families.

Our Customer Care Team operates seven days a week, with casual shifts available across weekdays, evenings and weekends. Evening and weekend availability is highly desirable.

What you’ll do:

💧 Support families with bookings, enquiries and general account assistance 

💧 Provide friendly and helpful service by phone and email 

💧 Listen to families and help find practical solutions 

💧 Build your knowledge of Carlile Swim programs, services and systems 

💧 Work collaboratively with our swim school teams across Australia 

💧 Help create a positive experience at every interaction 

💧 Maintain accurate customer information and follow up where required

About You:

You don’t need to come from the swimming industry. We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others and communicate with warmth and confidence.

You’ll be someone who:

✔️ Loves customer service and helping people 

✔️ Communicates confidently over the phone and in writing 

✔️ Is comfortable learning new systems and processes 

✔️ Can listen, problem solve and remain calm when things get busy 

✔️ Is able to handle sensitive or challenging customer conversations calmly, professionally and with good judgement 

✔️ Is organised, reliable and has good attention to detail 

✔️ Enjoys working as part of a friendly and supportive team 

✔️ Has flexibility across weekdays, with evening and weekend availability highly desirable

Previous experience in customer service, contact centres, administration, hospitality or other people-focused roles is also highly regarded.
