We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our high-performing National Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets team in Sydney.

This is a rare opportunity to work on major industrial transactions within one of Australia’s fastest-growing commercial real estate sectors. You will contribute to high-profile sale campaigns, support capital transaction processes and work alongside market-leading professionals across brokerage, research, valuations and marketing.

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering the analytical rigour, market intelligence and strategic insights that underpin successful transactions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead detailed financial modelling including DCF, sensitivity analysis and investment underwritingPrepare high-quality investor and marketing materials including IMs, pitch decks and campaign collateralAnalyze market trends, comparable sales evidence and asset performance dataSupport transaction execution, due diligence processes and data room managementMaintain transaction, property and investor databasesDeliver market insights and strategic analysis to support client engagementCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

About You

Degree qualified in Property, Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline3-5+ years’ experience within commercial real estate, investment banking or institutional investment environmentsAdvanced Excel and financial modelling capability, ideally within commercial propertyExperience using Forbury or similar property cashflow modelling platforms highly regardedStrong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExposure to industrial property or valuations highly regarded
