Community Cricket Developoment Officer

We have a number of exciting opportunities for Community Cricket Development Officer's to join our Community Cricket team aross the Metropolitan Melbourne, Bendigo and Warrnambool regions.

This is an opportunity to help to assist in organising, promoting and developing junior community cricket through clubs and associations and delivering school clinics and promotional programs.

🎯 About You

• High level of coaching and instruction ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to communicate to a diverse cricket community, including children, parents, teachers, schools, etc.
• Enthusiastic and engaging personality to motivate junior cricketers of all level
• Able to deal with high pressure situations in a friendly and confident manner
• Proactive and initiative driven
• Valid Cricket Australia Community Coaching Accreditation (CCA) - must have completed a minimum of Cricket Blast Coach
• Current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement)
• Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID009) - required prior to commencement
• Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAIDO11) - required prior to commencement
• Current Victoria Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
