New Home Sales Consultant - High Volume

Join an established Queensland residential builder in a brand-new display home located within an affordable development with registered land currently available.

Following a comprehensive onboarding program, you will step into a brand new display home with the product, land availability and buyer demand required to achieve strong sales volumes. Consultants within the business are currently selling approximately 60 homes each per calendar year.

The Role
You will manage customer enquiries, build relationships with prospective buyers and guide clients through the initial stages of their new-home buying journey.

You will be supported by a full-time Sales Associate, allowing you to focus on customer engagement and converting opportunities into sales. You will not be required to prepare or present tenders or building contracts.

About You
We are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant with current, proven success in a display-home environment and a track record of achieving strong sales volumes. You will be organised, responsive and self-motivated, with the discipline to manage a busy pipeline and the drive to consistently achieve results.
