About the role
Make a Real Impact in Community Safety. Join Community Correctional Services (CCS) as an Advanced Practitioner
At Community Correctional Services (CCS), we work every day to reduce reoffending and support safer communities. Through evidence-based case management and rehabilitation, we help individuals address the underlying causes of their offending and create meaningful change in their lives.
We manage people on community-based court orders, post-sentence supervision, and parole. Our focus is on providing the structure, accountability, and support needed for successful reintegration into the community.
About the Role
As an Advanced Practitioner, you'll manage a caseload of predominantly complex and high-risk individuals sentenced to Community Correction Orders. Your role combines risk assessment, planning, intervention, and behaviour change work - all within a strong compliance and public safety framework.
You will also have the opportunity to lead and mentor a small team of Case Managers and Case Officers, contributing to the professional development of others and the overall performance of your team.
Why This Work Matters
We believe that community-based rehabilitation, when safe and appropriate, is one of the most effective ways to reduce reoffending. As an Advanced Practitioner, you'll:
Your work will directly contribute to community safety, and no two days will be the same.
