The Role

We're looking for a Gaming Manager who knows exactly what it takes to run a successful gaming room. You'll manage its day-to-day operation, driving service standards and performance with a high level of personal and professional presentation, and applying both the skills you already have and new ones you're ready to develop.

This is a hands-on role that calls for a great temperament and strong time management, so you can run a demanding gaming room to a consistently high standard. You'll work a mix of morning, afternoon and evening shifts, and be part of the Hotel management team.

Main Responsibilities

•         Ensuring compliance and responsible gaming practice

•         Maintaining room presentation and atmosphere

•         Delivering the highest levels of customer service and building rapport with customers

•         Gaming clearance and reporting

•         Cash handling, bartending and machine troubleshooting

•         All aspects of beverage service for gaming customers

•         Duty Manager functions

About You

•         Flexible availability across morning, afternoon and evening shifts

•         Current NSW RSA and RCG certification

•         Strong customer focus and a genuine passion for hospitality, with the ability to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders

•         A hands-on, engaging leadership style, with the ability to manage, train and grow your team

•         A friendly, self-motivated personality with excellent people skills

•         A proven track record of meeting Key Performance Indicators

•         High attention to detail

•         Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or similar role
