Employment Type: Temporary Full Time, 38 hours per week until August 2027 . Temporary roles are available to visa holders, with contracts issued in accordance with visa conditions. Visa holders will be considered where no suitable Australian citizen or permanent resident is identified.

Remuneration: Speech Pathologist Level 3: $2,329.84 - $2405.33 per week + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Has a passion for working with children with communication difficulties and delivering high quality clinical care to children and their families in South Western Sydney Has experience and skills in assessing and managing paediatric clients with a variety of communication disorders Ability to work as part of a team including multidisciplinary teamsHas excellent written and verbal communication skills and time management Value opportunities for supervision, growth and continuous learning. Provision of tasks that support overall service delivery including quality improvement, clinical supervision and administrative duties.

Selection Criteria

Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.Demonstrated experience supervising staff and/or students.Demonstrated leadership in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of local service delivery, integrating quality improvement processes and evidence-based practice (EBP) to service planning, evaluation of service changes.Advanced clinical knowledge and postgraduate experience and skills in assessing and managing paediatric clients (0-12 years) with a variety of communication disorders. Experience working with vulnerable and/or at risk communities ensuring the provision of client/family centred care.Demonstrated knowledge of, and ability to use multidisciplinary teamwork, and to collaborate with other services/organisations relevant to case management and service delivery.Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
