IT Field Engineers - Dubbo

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated IT Field Engineers to support a variety of client environments in Dubbo and surrounding locations. Skills & Experience

Responsibilities

Provide IT support for PCs, mobiles, printers, AV devices and basic networksInvestigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues related to end-user devicesInstalling and imaging PC devices in a Windows environmentProvide 1st and 2nd level deskside supportProvide hardware support in a data centre environmentLiaise with remote support to resolve issues.

This role is ideal for freelancers, part-timers, or technicians looking to supplement their schedule. Shifts vary depending on bookings and may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
