Your role:

• Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and trade counter.
• Process orders, prepare quotes, and provide product solutions.
• Engage with Customers: Deliver friendly, professional service always.
• Support branch operations with administration and inventory tasks.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Victorian team.
• Efficiently handle orders, pricing, and product details to keep things running smoothly.
• Work closely with the warehouse and other branches to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Location: Full-time office-based role in Dandenong South. Monday - Friday hours, free on-site parking available.

• A People-Person: Friendly, energetic, and great at building customer
  relationships.
• Trade Counter or Customer Service Experience: Experience in a B2B trade counter role is a bonus, but not essential. The right attitude and personality are key!
• A Team Player: Always ready to jump in, help, and support colleagues.
• Detail-Oriented & Organised: Strong time management and accuracy in handling orders.
• Tech-Savvy & Quick Thinker: Comfortable using systems to input orders efficiently and keep up with demand.
• Reliable & Organised: Able to manage multiple tasks while keeping things running smoothly.
• Committed & Driven: Looking for a long-term career in a stable and growing company.
• Eligible to Work in Australia: Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role.
