TFX is looking for a motivated and personable Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Lithgow.

This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers and working as part of a supportive team environment. You’ll be speaking with customers daily, assisting with enquiries, generating sales opportunities and helping keep projects moving across the construction industry.

TFX is a family-owned business supplying fasteners, hardware and site consumables to the building and civil construction industry across NSW. Proudly based in Lithgow, we have built our reputation on reliable service, practical solutions and strong customer relationships.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls

• Assisting customers with product enquiries and sales orders

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

• Generating new sales opportunities and leads

• Supporting account management and follow-up

• Assisting with quoting, order processing and database updates

• Working closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication and people skills

• Is confident on the phone and enjoys customer interaction

• Has previous sales, customer service or phone-based experience

• Is organised, motivated and able to multitask

• Works well within a team environment

• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience within construction, industrial supplies or trade-related industries is highly regarded, but not essential.
