About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Purchasing and Administration Officer to join our team based in Hamilton. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient management of purchasing, inventory, and inbound logistics operations. Working closely with suppliers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate purchasing records, coordinating inbound shipments, and ensuring stock movements are processed efficiently. Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities to contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain, with duties including:
Manage purchasing activities and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support business operations.
Coordinate inbound shipments, purchase orders, and inventory transactions to ensure stock availability and supply chain efficiency.
Monitor and maintain accurate purchasing, costing, and inventory data across various systems.
Provide administrative support to the Supply Team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects as required.

Have strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers, data, and Excel.
