A great opportunity exists to join Zurich's Brand and Marketing team as Marketing Manager, B2B, supporting our General Insurance business. In this role, you'll help shape and deliver strategic marketing activity that strengthens our market presence, deepens partner engagement and supports meaningful business outcomes.

You'll bring technical marketing expertise across your squad, crew and the broader enterprise, guiding effective go-to-market activity from strategy through to delivery. You'll use customer and market insights to create compelling campaigns, influence stakeholders and ensure every touchpoint reflects Zurich's brand, tone of voice and commitment to delivering value.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Build and deliver strategic, outcome-focused marketing plans for the B2B General Insurance segment.
• Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns, communications and collateral that engage partners and elevate Zurich's profile.
• Use audience, product, market and competitor insights to inform strategy, messaging and go-to-market activity.
• Influence and partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape recommendations and support favourable business outcomes.
• Track marketing performance, measure ROI and translate results into actionable insights for future activity.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and apply learnings to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all marketing assets and touchpoints are consistent, on brand and aligned to Zurich's tone of voice and brand guidelines.

• A strong digital mindset when developing marketing initiatives that connect with partners and customers.
• Demonstrated experience supporting marketing strategy, annual planning and go-to-market activity aligned to business priorities.
• Ability to define key audiences and customer segments to shape targeted, relevant and impactful marketing activity.
• Proven capability developing and delivering end-to-end campaigns, including go-to-market planning and execution.
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging and customer-focused communications.
• A creative approach to developing content across digital, social, partner and internal channels.
• Confidence managing digital engagement, channel performance and marketing activity across multiple touchpoints.
• Understanding of social media targeting, amplification and optimisation to extend campaign reach and impact.
• Experience using research, tracking, data analytics and insights to measure performance and inform future activity.
• Strong budget management, forecasting and industry/competitor analysis skills to support commercial decision-making.
