As a Senior Strategy Consultant at CT, you will play a key role in our rapidly growing Consulting practice, partnering with clients to solve complex operational challenges and deliver technology-enabled transformations. Working closely with customers and senior IT stakeholders, you will help shape problem statements, analyse current and future states, and co-design pragmatic, actionable roadmaps, while developing your consulting capability within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements

What you'll do:

Support the preparation of consulting bids, tenders and presentations, including customer researchPartner with Principal Consultants to identify and shape new opportunities with customers and internal stakeholdersBuild strong working relationships with CT staff at all levelsEngage with executives, subject matter experts and project teams as part of a consulting team or independentlyDevelop hypotheses and research plans, conduct interviews, analyse data and systems, and synthesise findings into clear themes and insightsSupport and facilitate workshops to capture people, process, technology and data requirementsIdentify and implement process improvements to streamline operationsReview commercial and procurement arrangements and support go-to-market activities and response evaluationsContribute to the development and presentation of customer strategies, roadmaps and recommendationsSupport stakeholder education and change activities to embed new ways of workingMonitor, measure and report on process performanceSupport delivery management of consulting engagements and implementation governance of recommended initiativesProgress toward leading engagements and shaping strategy as you develop in the role

What you'll bring:

A degree in science, engineering or ICT (an MBA or Masters in IT is advantageous)Proven experience with a major consulting organisation across multiple strategic services engagementsClient-side experience across industries in operational, IT leadership, business improvement, business analysis or transformation delivery rolesExperience in systems implementations, with strong knowledge of the full systems lifecycle from requirements and design through build, testing, deployment and ongoing supportStrong business analysis capability, including process improvement methodologies and modelling techniquesClear, structured communication, documentation, presentation and diagramming skillsThe ability to analyse, synthesise and distil complex information into practical insights and actionable recommendations
