About the Role

Working closely with our Sales Team and dealership leadership, you will:

• Present tailored finance, insurance, warranty and protection products to customers.
• Manage finance applications through to approval and settlement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with finance and insurance providers.
• Maximise finance penetration, product sales and dealership profitability.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legislative and dealership requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional and transparent customer experience.
• Support the sales team in achieving dealership objectives and customer satisfaction targets.

 About You

You will bring:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Business Manager, F&I Manager, or similar dealership role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance and aftermarket products.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding finance and insurance targets.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-first mindset with high levels of professionalism and integrity.
• Strong compliance awareness and attention to detail.
• Current driver's licence.
