Description:
What is the Role?
We're looking for a creatively driven and strategic Creative Lead Designer to join our Marketing & Customer Experience team.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. We're looking for someone who can not only create exceptional creative work but can also help shape the thinking behind our campaigns.
Working closely with Marketing, Category and Studio teams, you'll take ownership of developing campaign concepts and strategic frameworks that support product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives. You'll be expected to confidently present ideas, rationale and recommendations to senior stakeholders, helping influence decisions that drive commercial outcomes.
This is not a role for someone who wants to focus solely on strategy or solely on executing briefs. The right person is equally comfortable developing a campaign direction, presenting it to the executive team, and then rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on on the tools to bring it to life through exceptional creative execution.
You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy and ownership, with the opportunity to independently develop ideas, lead creative thinking and see your work come to life across every customer touchpoint.
The balance of strategy and craft is what makes this role unique. You'll be designing, art directing and executing just as much as you're helping shape campaign direction, ensuring every piece of work strengthens our brand and delivers commercial impact.

What You'll Be Doing
