We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Contact Centre teams across Sydney, Newcastle and Canberra, with opportunities available in Customer Service, Sales and Retention.

These roles are ideal for people who enjoy speaking with customers, solving problems, building relationships and working in a fast-paced team environment. Depending on the role, you may be assisting customers with enquiries, scheduling services, providing tailored solutions, supporting client retention, or helping customers find the right pest control and hygiene services for their needs.

Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:

• Answering inbound customer enquiries via phone and email

• Handling outbound calls to support customer engagement, sales or retention

• Scheduling and coordinating service appointments

• Providing information about Flick’s products and services

• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions

• Building strong customer relationships and delivering a positive experience

• Providing accurate quotations and securing bookings

• Supporting client retention and helping customers find practical solutions

• Managing customer concerns professionally and with empathy

• Maintaining accurate customer records, account notes and follow-up activities

• Working closely with technicians and internal teams to support service delivery

• Contributing to team KPIs across customer service, sales, retention and customer experience outcomes

Previous experience in customer service, sales, contact centres, administration, scheduling, collections, accounts receivable, retention, retail, hospitality, finance, insurance, telecommunications or similar industries will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
