About the role
We are growing our business and looking for a great craftsman to add to our family.

Key responsibilities
Fabricate sign frames, lightboxes, pylon structures, brackets and mounting hardware
MIG and TIG weld aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel to a high finish standard

Prepare completed work for surface finishing and dispatch
Carry out quality checks against specification before sign-off
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area and comply with all WHS requirements
About you
Trade qualification in Engineering – Fabrication (Boilermaker / Metal Fabricator), or equivalent demonstrated experience
Proven MIG and TIG welding ability, particularly on aluminum
Confident reading and working directly from technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and pride in finish quality — signage is a visual product and welds are often seen

Full working rights in Australia
Previous experience in signage, sheet metal or architectural metal fabrication
Forklift license, EWP (yellow card) and/or Construction Induction (White) Card

Benefits
