Coastal Smiles is an established, independent private dental practice in the heart of Dee Why, and we’re looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team 2 days per week.

This is an opportunity for the right clinician to join a well-established practice with an existing patient base, experienced dentists and a supportive team — with the opportunity to build strong, long-term patient relationships.

About you

We’re looking for an experienced dentist who:

• Is AHPRA registered and holds the appropriate Australian dental registration

• Has several years of clinical experience and is confident working independently

• Is comfortable across general dentistry

• Takes pride in delivering high-quality clinical care

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Builds genuine rapport and long-term relationships with patients

• Is professional, reliable and team-oriented

• Is looking for a long-term position in an established private practice, rather than a short-term or purely locum role

Experience or an interest in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign or implant dentistry would be highly regarded.
