Working on behalf of major Australian financial and credit institutions, you will handle sensitive financial conversations with empathy and professionalism:

• Customer Negotiation & Solutions: Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to understand their unique financial situations and negotiate realistic, manageable payment arrangements.
• Investigative Support: Utilise search tools and modern skip-tracing techniques to re-connect with customers and update records.
• Relationship & Trust Building: Overcome objections, de-escalate sensitive situations, and build trust through respectful, non-judgmental dialogue.
• Compliance & Data Integrity: Maintain clear, precise interaction notes while adhering to industry regulations and compliance standards.

No prior debt recovery or financial services experience is required! We are searching for candidates with strong transferable customer service skills who possess:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and confidence when engaging with people over the phone.
