About The Role

We are seeking a friendly, proactive and organised Showroom & Customer Support Consultant to join our Queensland team.

This is a key client-facing role responsible for delivering a premium showroom experience while actively supporting customer engagement and business growth. The successful candidate will manage client interactions, strengthen ongoing relationships and provide essential support to the sales team through proactive communication and follow-up.

You will play an important role in enhancing customer experience and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Working Time: Tuesday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm

About You

• Friendly, confident and well-presented

• Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Passionate about customer service and interior design

• Comfortable speaking on the phone and making outbound calls

• Demonstrates strong product knowledge and contributes positively to team development and collaboration

 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in reception, customer service or similar role preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic Microsoft Office skills
