Site Foreman

We are a multiple award-winning residential and commercial builder seeking a proactive, hands-on Site Foreman to join our growing team.

This role is suited to someone who leads from the front. You’ll be on the ground, across the detail, solving problems in real time and keeping projects moving safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Our projects are diverse, and we need a switched-on operator who can coordinate trades, manage programme pressures and step in wherever required to keep momentum on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the site with a strong physical presence

• Coordinate and sequence trades to maintain programme

• Identify issues early and implement practical solutions

• Maintain site safety, compliance and QA standards

• Keep sites organised, clean and operating efficiently

• Drive productivity and accountability across all site activities
  

About You

You are a doer, not just a delegator. You’re comfortable getting your boots dirty, jumping in when needed and finding ways to make things work.

You will bring:

• Proven experience running sites through multiple construction stages

• Strong problem-solving ability and initiative

• Clear, direct communication with trades, clients and the internal team

• A commitment to quality outcomes and safe work practices

• Solid organisational skills and the ability to keep projects on track.

Relevant training and tickets are advantageous.
