Known for quality, innovation, and design, we're looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow our customer base across Melbourne Metropolitan, South Eastern Suburbs and South Gippsland.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across your territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, revenue, margin, and customer growth targets
• Prospect and secure new business through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Manage and convert opportunities through the CRM pipeline
• Provide technical and product advice to customers and specifiers
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities
• Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

About You

• Proven B2B sales experience with a history of achieving targets
• Building products or construction industry experience (essential)
• Strong prospecting and business development skills
• Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-focused
