Fleet & Equipment Officer

FULL-TIME - PERMANENT POSITION

TRG Transport Solutions is looking for a proactive, organised Fleet & Equipment Officer to take ownership of our maintenance program and keep our trucks, trailers and equipment running at their best, working closely with the Operations Manager.

If you love problem‑solving, staying one step ahead, and being the go‑to person who keeps everything humming, this is your role.

What you'll do

• Drive a safe workplace that adheres to all WHS policies and procedures

• Manage the maintenance scheduled for TRG fleet and equipment

• Prepare and manage maintenance schedule in accordance with accreditation and business requirements

• Coordinating repairs and fault requests

• Maintenance plan delivered in accordance with NHVR accreditation

• Periodic checks, audits, documentation and permits

• Managing vehicle lists, registrations and documentation

• Supplier liaison and negotiation

• Daily truck and trailer allocation

• Support continuous improvement

• Facility maintenance

About You

• Strong planning, organisation and time‑management skills

• Confident communicator who can juggle priorities

• MS Office capability and sharp attention to detail

• A practical, solutions‑focused mindset

• Cert III in Logistics Administration (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
