The Baths Middle Brighton is a multi-faceted facility (Café, Event Venue, Fish & Chip Shop & Health Club) located on the waterfront in Brighton with beachfront bay and city views.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and committed person to take on the Full-Time role of Café Manager. This position requires an autonomous, resilient, solution-focused person to lead our staff into an efficient & productive workday.

 Task will include but not limited to;

• Support Venue Manager and Director in daily operations, working closely together

• Manage our F&B team efficiently, ensuring you lead by example

• Manage staff rosters and shift checklists

• Maintain policy and procedures

• Ensure staffing procedures are relevant and updated where necessary to improve efficiency and productivity

• Maintain stakeholder relationships

Key Qualifications/ Experience

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of hospitality industry experience

• Proven management experience 

• RSA Certificate essential

• Be able to lead a young and enthusiastic team

• Worked in high-volume and quality venues

• Be extremely organised

• Be a great communicator

• Have a positive working attitude and a friendly and relaxed service style

• Available to work evenings and weekends

• Full working rights in Australia
