About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Representative to join TDA Tax Depreciation in South Melbourne, VIC. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through the identification and development of new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the property, construction and professional services sectors

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients and strategic partners to support business growth

• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations and finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery

• Maintain detailed records of business development activities, client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, sales pipelines and business development metrics to senior management

• Attend industry events, conferences and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of proven business development, sales or account management experience within the professional services, property or construction sectors

• Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunities

• Proven sales background with the ability to work towards KPIs, including 80 outbound calls per day and covert opportunities into sales outcomes

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels

• Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to manage and analyse sales data effectively

• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently whilst contributing to team objectives

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Victoria as required

• Availability for regular interstate travel and attendance at events across Australia

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm
