Sales Advisor / Customer Service

We’re looking for a driven Sales Advisor or Customer Service Representative to join us at our Wetherill Park branch. You’ll be a key point of contact for our customers - delivering exceptional service and expert assistance over the counter, on the phone, via email and via our e-shop.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver top-tier service by answering enquiries via phone, email and counter sales.

• Work closely with our technical department and use internal interpreting tools to deliver fast, accurate solutions.

• Attend to customer sales follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.

• Process sales orders efficiently through our internal systems.

• Efficiently process customer returns, credit requests and perform general administrative duties as needed.

About you – Skills, experience and qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous mechanical or industrial experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Solid computer skills and the confidence to learn our in-house ERP system.

• High attention to detail, a proactive ‘can do’ approach, and a passion for problem-solving.
